Create a vi.exe file

How do you, or where can I found out how to ( Chapter and page ), create an executable vi.

The ability of building an executable lies in the Application Builder add-on; if you purchased the LabVIEW Professional Development System, this ability is built-in.

If you don't know which version your are using, simply check in the tools menu: if you find the "Build Application or Shared Library (DLL)", the tool is present, otherwise you can't create exe files.

There is a useful section titled "Building a Stand-Alone Application or Shared Library" in the LV help, (really I dont' know it there is in base version too).
