Create Square Wave Signal (Clock Signal) Using USB 6343

Hello, I need to create a 1.4MHz square wave signal (it will be a clock input for a prototype circuit). I'm having a hard time creating this signal and making the output go from 0V to 5V. I found some example VI's which I'm trying to follow. One VI I found was a PWM Signal example, which I'm hoping I can use by setting the duty cycle to 0.5.

Attached is the VI I found. The problem is when I look at the output on a o-scope the peak voltage is only 0.5V, not the 5V I need. What could be causing this? Any help is created appreciated.

Hi akhurash

There are examples in the NI Example finder in which you can search and base your code.

I have attached a snippet from the NI example finder of a continuous train pulse with a specific frequency

I know this thread is old but I wanted to mention that the reason I was getting the 0.5V output instead of 5V was because my ociliscope probe was set on 10X gain. I thought I would mention this if anyone else had a similar issue.
