Create Simultaneous Dial and Numeric control?

I have a dial that outputs a number to the program when turned (and indicate the number in the indicator text box)  but it is hard to be precise with just the dial, so i want to create the option to write in the text box that displays the numbre present on the dial. is there a fast way to do this?

Did you try to input the value in the "text" box (actually a numeric control) ?

Obviously not ! Otherwise you wouldn't have asked this question !

Hey Supermario,

Your best bet would to select the dial on the front panel of the VI and right click -> visible items -> digital display. That will provide you with a numeric box next to the dial which will allow you to manually input numbers.
