Could someone please help me that how can I reach to my Labview Certificate that NI sent me before. Are you storing the certificates in NI library ?

I finished the NI Labview Core 1 course and got a online certificate from NI. But could not find it and mail them to send me again if they store the certificates. They dont reply at all..
