Read from Spreadsheet File.  It's in the File pallette. 

FYI, the picture i attached to my post is a snippet.  Drag the picture to your desktop and then drag it to a VI and the code will "magically" appear.

Since you are using LabVIEW 2015, you should use the Read Delimited Spreadsheet.vi instead.  It is actually on the palettes as a replacement for the Read from Spreadsheet File.vi.
