Hi Hems!

What's the purpose of the saving? If you just need it to illustrate the layout of the front panel the easiest way seams to be to just knock on the "Print screen" and open it up in photoshop too modify it as you please....

Hi,

If pritscreen is not enough powerfull for you, you can try "Snagit". You can capture windows with scrollbar, make movie if you want or get a text file from a screen capture.

Hi
I developed a vi that generates a PDF file containing a front panel image.
It uses only pure LV, no external dlls or 'PDF-printers'

interested ?

Hi AJG,

Have you tried saving the VIs to your desktop and opening up the test main.vi first? What you might have to do is do a mass compile to relink all of the VIs. In order to do this, Tools»Advanced»Mass Compile.... If not, my next suggestion would be to contact gnilsson, who created the VI is see if he can get you a newer version of the VI. I hope this helps!

Contacting gnilsson is going to be the only option since for security reasons I guess, he chose to save the llb without diagrams instead of password protecting the VIs in the llb.
