Additional info
Excel spreadsheets do have a writable property for Time Epoch. So, Excel can use the same Epoch LabVIEW uses. HOWEVER, Excel copied a bug from Lotus and forgot that Pope Gregory was inspired to decree that only every 4th century ended with a leap year. 2000 was a leap year 1900 was not even though Excel says 29 Feb 1900 existed.
So, the only LabVIEW examples that I am aware of that account for that bad behavior are; Time to XL and XL to Time.
