Convert an acceleration trace into an AVI file, using LabVIEW

I have just return from a job, whilst I was there our high speed camera photographer ask if it is possible to place my acceleration trace in a corner of his high speed video.

Can I convert the acceleration trace into an AVI file using labVIEW and also down sample the trace to match the high speed camera frame rate.

We used the same trigger so matching the start of the event should not be a problem.

He said he will be able to place my AVI over a small section or the video, he is thinks the engineers will like this new feature if we can do it.

You could try the AVI files that come with IMAQ or NI-Vision:

Or you could check if there is some shareware that can create an AVI from image files.  I actually did this once (used a 3rd party tool), but it was so long ago that I forgot what tool I used.
