Convert 6.0 to 5.1

I was wondering if I could trouble someone to convert the TCP_NODELAY.llb on this site from version 6.0 to 5.1 for me.  We've got versoin 7.1 and 5.1 here, but can't seem to locate a 6.0.  On a related note, why does LV restrict you to only going back one version? It would seem the conversion to go back further is already written in the previous version.
