Controlling a cart using labview and micropython

Good morning to this community, I am doing a practice that consists of making a cart that works through Bluetooth using 2 ESP32 and 2 hc-05, one for the cart and another for the control of a joystick, but in addition to that I need create an interface in labview that can communicate and move the cart in addition to the joystick, also if possible create a speed regulator.

I try using visa read and write would help but I can't get the car to move. It would help me to know how to connect the 4 buttons for the 4 sides in a visa interface.
