Controling channel separation from waveform array parametricaly?

Hi.

I have an application where I aquire both Strain & Temperature. The number of sensors of each type varies from test to test. I'd like to graph each type on differents graphs so that I can scale them properly. I attach an image of my application.

Is there any way to control it via front panel?

Say, using a numeric control to define the numbers of Strain gages (first N channels are strain gages, rest thermocouples), and then separate the data.
