I'm taking a LabView 2023 Udemy class from Saim Khan.  I'm currently working on Section 4 Lesson 65 Differential Equations Control and Simulate that requires installing the Control & Simulate Toolbox.  I used the NI package Manager and installed the 32-bit vrersion and tried to activate it but failed.

Is LabVIEW 2023 32-bit (free) Community Q3 Edition able to load the Control & Simulate Toolbox without paying any fees?  And, if so how do I activate it?
