Control a plot label with LV

I am trying to control the label of a plot with a property node (property node>>label>>text).  When I run the VI it gives me this error, (LabVIEW:  This property is writable only when the VI is in edit mode, or this method is available only when the VI is in edit mode.)  Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this issue or am I simply using the wrong property?

You cannot change the label of a control at run-time, which is why you're getting that error. Use a caption instead. Those can be changed at run-time.
