I see the full property page for that control when I opened your VI.  So I don't think it is a problem with your VI or your control.  I think the issue is with your LabVIEW install.

If you are using 64bit LabVIEW, the path would be:

"C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2016\resource\PropertyPages\32.txt"

 

If you are using 32bit LabVIEW, then that's the problem.

Though I tried everything suggested, nothing seemed to have an impact until I did a repair/reinstall of LabVIEW 2016. Once I went that process, and all the updates, it now appears to be performing correctly.
