Constant-Q transform

Does constant-Q transform function exists for LabView. Constant-Q transform is Fourier-like transform were the frequency resolution decreases with frequency, i.e. width of frequency point is proportional to frequency (in regular FT it is constant and =1/T).

Hello,

Looking around, I found this related information:

http://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/372416H-01/svtconcepts/svbandwidth/

This computation is part of souidn and vibration toolkit.

Thank you. Indeed it is functionally equivalent. I looked into the function, it looks like it is realized as a filter bank, which is, probably, not very efficient computationally. However, I can not be sure, since at some level it is password-protected.

Hello,

Yes you can't get under a certain mevel of hierarchie. It should be posisble for you to  implement the desired fonction using basic LV components.
