Please can someone tell me how to connect LabView to LOGO! 0BA7, is there a LabView interface for PLC or some other toolkit ?

For a plc, you have the option of the DSC toolkit or the modbus library - https://forums.ni.com/t5/Reference-Design-Content/LabVIEW-Modbus-API/ta-p/3524019

The TCP/IP based protocol is "simatic s7".
