Thanks Rolf for your answer. I understand the situation a little better. (Myrio) I tested serial communication between A and B connectors and PC, it works fine. Now I'm trying to communicate with the PC via the Usb port on Myrio, I think it's a bit successful. I think I solved my problem. Using the Device port requires some TCP / IP events, I think I postponed using the Device port for now because it's a little more tedious 🙂 but I'll try again to communicate with the device port later.
