I wrote a labview program, which was set to run all day. But, after 3-4 hours continous running, the computer on which my labview program was installed collapsed, windows reseted.
You need more information than you are giving. Is this a stand alone computer, corporate control etc.. I have most applications running on corporate computers where the IT department controls the computer. It took us a while but we found that the IT dept was resetting the computer.
I would go to the event viewer for for windows and start checking the log events. If it is an IT event it might show up. Any hardware errors may show up. I would check the window logger first.
