Combo box item source from excel

I have populated my combo box with over 100 parameters, which were read from a database. Now I want the user to have the option to select any parameter of their choice for the rest of the experiment.

I have used property node to build my combo box.

I understand  what you said about connecting the combo box with an indicator so that it has the list of values, but I am not able to connect it to a control, and so the user still can't choose parameters from the box.

The combo box itself provide functionality as a controller, if you add the combo box from the front panel, you can directly control it.

What i meant from that you can connect it to another controller is, if you want to change the properties of the combo box.

If you just want to control the combo box output, then you don't need to connect to another controller.

You could share your vi here, or just post a capture picture from your screen.
