Color sensor

I am going to do a sorting project using labVIEW and 6008 DAQ

For 2 colours so i will buy tcs34725 sensor but i saw all people use it with Arduino not Daq or fbga

My question is Can i use the daq to get these RGB output and control it or should i buy another color sensor ?

This sensor has an I²C bus, a USB-6008 is NOT a good choice at all to communicate with such a sensor.
