Cluster display question

Is there any way to place a control or indicator on a vi's panel, so that it is
within the frame of a cluster, but not a member of the cluster?

Yes, move it with the arrows over the cluster. You will see a shadow
indicating the overlap but it disappear when the VI runs.

Select the control or indicator and then while it is active, use the arrow
keys to move it over the cluster. It will cast a shadow over the cluster
(make sure that the control or indicator is frontmost using the reorder ring
on the toolbar). This shadow can be made non-visible if the background of
the cluster is black. I think that that is the only solution.

Thank you for the help. Where ever that is stated in National's documentation,
I missed it.
