I need to communicate from one system to another system through labview. Can any one help me out of this.

What sort of connection? There are TCP/IP examples that ship with LabVIEW and do exactly what you are asking for.

Then you can use the examples I mentioned as a starting point if you decide to use an Ethernet connection.
