Clearing Read write buffer

Hey everyone, I am doing the communication between two com ports on host PC and i want to clear the write buffer every time i send the data to receiving port, and want to clear the receiving buffer (old data) every time the new data arrive, here my VI 

Any one can help will be a favour

This attached snap will help you, where you are struggling. Don't close the port at every time!

I suggesting, could you clean up the block diagram. It seems dirty one.
