I dunno.  Why would you need a tablet if your're going to use a mouse?

Haha - I think we got our wires crossed (pun intended).

I thought you were going to use it in a DEVELOPMENT environment.  Silly me.

And of course, since you were thinking about applications, you thought I meant wired vs wireless network.  Nice.  Sorry about that.

Hi Adamgot,

Perhaps you have already found a suitable tablet? Otherwise I recommend comparing the LabVIEW system requirements with available Windows tablets. As stated in a prevous post, there are som models available from ~400-500 USD.

Thanks for the responses. I ended up with windows surface 2, not the cheapest, but can be used in a development enviroment. Because of windows 8.1 (not rt). Will use it to transfer ecg signal with bluetooth.

Adam, did you mean to say you got a Surface Pro 2? The Surface 2 is Windows RT.

I need a tablet for end users to run LV executable and acquire data over Bluetooth. I am doing the development on a standard Windows 7 computer and LV 8.5.

Any thoughts?
