Changing Process Dynamics

We have LabView control on a number of small processes.  I've been asked to look at the tuning on them.  As I looked at the historical data, I can see that the process dynamics change over the course of the batch operation.  Initially it clearly has integrating dynamics with dead time but later changes to what appear to be standard first order with dead time.  I am new to LabView.  Is there a way to have the controller automatically change tuning parameters as it moves from one regime to another?  Ideally this is something already built into the system so that I don't have to spend a lot of time reprograming the system.

Too little information.

LabVIEW is just a programming language, how you use it is completely dependent on the developer. From your usage of the work process, I would assume something was developed using LabVIEW to control the process parameters of controllers in a factory.
