Change source control setting by programming

We have 2 source servers for redundancy.

The client will point to either of them.

When failover happens, how to switchover the source target from one server to another in client pc by programing.

Is there any setting in files can be changed.

Hi turbot,

If I understand correctly, you would like your client to switch over to the back-up server if the first server returns an error.  In this case, you will want to unbundle the error cluster from the server to retrieve the status.  Wire the error status into a case structure.  In the true statement of the case structure, open a connection to the back up server and close the connection to the primary server.  In the false case, just pass your data straight through.
