I presume you mean you transferred a VI from one machine with LabVIEW 7.1 to another machine also with LabVIEW 7.1.
Generally if you have a VI that is broken you can click on the broken run arrow to get the error list, which explains more detail about why something is broken. The broken run arrow on a poly VI (since you can't run a poly VI) is the circle-with-the slash-through-it through the word OK.
Most commonly a poly VI being broken is just because one of its instances is broken. If you open the poly VI it shows a little broken run arrow next to any broken instances in the poly VI dialog. You can then open that subVI and go from there using the same techniques to figure out why the subVIs might be broken. My guess would be perhaps you missed some subVI when moving things from one PC to another.
