Hello Sir, i am not able to access the certificate at NI LabView core 1,2,3 course. Let me know whats the problem.

Sorry, way back when I took these courses, the online courses were only available is you had an active SSP.  Nowadays, I guess you can access them online without one, so maybe my information isn't relevant any more.

(And if it isn't, NI, why can't I access my certificates, hmmm?)

Hi, @SHRIKANTCHANDAN,

I just verified - I have access to my certificates online. My courses were all taken online through a Thinkscape portal (accessed via ni.com). I'm not sure if the Thinkscape access is regional, but I can view/download my certificates.

Looking at your screenshot, it seems that you downloaded the page in .html format and are viewing it locally on your computer (and before blue-National Instruments became green-NI, too). You may try visiting Training - National Instruments and see if you can access it directly online.

You can also try sending an email to onlinetraining@ni.com - that address was current as of about a month ago when I received a completion email from Thinkscape for some additional training.

(Also: I received an email with a certificate from Thinkscape each time I completed a course. So you if you did the course online, you might check your email, too.)

My training came with my LabVIEW license (I don't *think* I have an active SSP...at least, there are some things online that say I need an active SSP to access).

And @billko, if you want to access your certificates, too, I would recommend trying an email to onlinetraining@ni.com. Just in case you meet someone that doesn't think your "Developer" badge proves you know more than almost any training can teach you. 😉
