Capture Card Audio Issues

Hello, guys. Has someone had any sucess in capturing audio stream through a capture card? The capture card I'm using is Blackmagic Studio 4k, in Blackmagic Capture Software I could capture audio and video stream and Blackmagic audio driver creates a recording device so I thought I could capture audio stream like I can capture the audio from a microphone but I get zero signal through this method.

I decided to develop a C DLL for controlling this capture card, so I could still use its functions on LabVIEW.
