Cannot run excel macro error in Report Generation Toolkit

Hello, I am trying to run a macro in an excel workbook using the report generation toolkit. The macro is called "Project_ShowAll" but I get an error saying the macro cannot be run. I don't know what I am doing wrong, I am able to run the macro when I am using Excel. That is definitely the macro name, do I need to add quotes or anything to the name?

Check your excel file is macro enabled. (extension should be ".xlsm").
