Cannot launch LabVIEW 2013

I had LabVIEW2012 installed on my computer and now after installing LabVIEW 2013, I am not able to launch it. Attached document contains screen shots I am getting. Let me if you have come across this problem and solution of course. Thanks and Regards, Sandeep

Find the NI License Manager through the Start menu.  Then make sure the licenses are entered properly.
