Can one hide the toolbar panel in a webpage publish via remote panels?

Is it possible to, when publishing a page via remote panels, hide the tool bar (probably and menu bar) and set it such that once the webpage loads, the VI starts running immediately without requiring the user to manual start the VI?

You cannot start the VI on load of the page.

The appearance of the toolbar and menu bar can be controlled from the VI properties.
