Can not install LabVIEW real-time engine

I tried to insall Labview Real-Time Engine 7.1 in my PC with Windows XP-SP3, but got error message:

"drwtsn32.exe-Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point SymSetSymWithAddr64 could not be located in the dynamic link library DBGHELP.dll."

Coud anybody give help how to solve this problem?

Can you provide more details on the installation? Where did you get the installer from? Are you sure its not a faulty installer?
