Can I made a button icon as extra menu bar?

I wish made it but I don't know.
One example, is Labview, you can see the start button, in a menu bar... How can I made it?

There is no simple solution to insert a button into a menu bar.
But you can mimick that with a decoration and booleans, like in the short example below.
