Can I install and run Labview 7.1, 6.1 and 6.02 on the same PC?

I read a posting by Urs Lauterburgh

where he ran an application side by side in LV 1 and LV 8 with no errors.

I have read where others have run that mix. I usually swap out machines before I get that many together bu this machine has LV 6.1 - LV 8.0.

It's the other things like FP that have changed.

LV, yes.

Hello,

it is possible to install different versions on LV on the same time but I think that it is saver if there runs only one version at time.

Hi Navini,
6.1 and 7.1 seem to run happily/simultaneously on my machine.  Of course, if you need some code to remain editable in 6.1, beware opening your only copy under 7.1! Smiley Surprised

And I found it. As I installed LV8.0 to my PC which had installed LV7.1. but I cann't installed toolkits for LV8.0 more. as I install the toolkits, the system reminds me," would you want to repair or remove the toolkits". as I removed LV7.1, before I can install the toolkits for LV8.0.

can toolkits be installed to LV7.1 and LV8.0 at the same PC ?
