Can I include third party drivers to an executable?

Hello LabVIEW community.

My program uses Ocean Optics LabVIEW drivers to communicate with a spectrometer. I have been installing the drivers on each computer I distribute the program to but I was wondering if there was a way of including the drivers to my project so the LabVIEW installer would include it in future distributions?

Yes, it is possible. Simply add a virtual folder to your project names drivers and then put your driver there. If it is an installer, you will need to use a post install method to run that installer from your LabVIEW installer. If you just need to copy files over, in your installer just specify their destination in your installer build spec.
