is there any plug-in or something that allow tu put a calendar in front
panel and then with a click on a day, have the values?

Do a search at the NI Developer Zone for "calendar". You should find LabVIEW ActiveX Container Examples. It uses an ActiveX calendar control.

there is a calendar activex control that is common with windows systems (I
think it comes with microsoft access or office...)

As usually I don't like ActiveX, and some time ago I've made a sample trial, which will may be give you an idea. LabVIEW has it's own functions to build what you want. Attached sample tries to show inverse task of extracting calendar data from LV time-stamped data.
