I am looking at the PXI-6704 to use as a current source...in the users manual it makes a statement " You can control the current loop from 0.1 to 20.2 mA.", I was hoping that I could control the current to a value less than .1mA...this is a 16bit device...does anybody know if I can actually set the current to a value lower that 0.1mA...thanx

Hi Tanderjaska,

According to the device specification the lowest current that you are guaranteed to be able to read is 0.1mA.  Unfortunately you will not be able to accurately measure below 0.1mA.
