I'm not sure if it's a terminology issue or a technology issue; the book "Spectral Audio Signal Processing" defines Cross Power Spectrum as Cross Power Spectral Density.
If you have a thorough understanding of the math (I do not), it should be possible to confirm that or, if it differs, extend LabVIEW's built in functions to calculate it.
Alternatively, others in the past have directly integrated other languages with explicit CPSD support (CPSD Forum Post) in order to accomplish the same task.
