COM PORT ERROR!

Hi,

I am trying to communicate two Com ports simultaneously.

One com port using (RS232 - RS422 - device)

Another com port using (RS232-RS422-USB-device)

When am sending a command to the two ports, only one is able to respond. Another com port is not responding.

Presently, I am using only one com port (temporarily) to make all the commands working.

And when i am trying to read from single com port configured, I am getting an error stating "VISA: (Hex 0xBFFF003E) could not perform operation because of I/O error." please find the attached screenshot

Please suggest on

1) Communication two com ports simultaneously

2) Resolve the error while reading.

Can you attach an image of your block diagram? Also, what is the make and model of your converters? The error is sometimes a problem with the driver. Check with the vendor if they have something more current.
