I wrote an e-mail to complain about a question on the CLD-R that I was 100% certain was erroneous.  They acknowledged my complaint.  But never replied about the content of it.  😞

In general, I think NI is the type of company that will actually listen to the complaints, though.  Since there aren't so many people taking these tests, and they are skilled LV-ers, I think they listen.

One of the practice exam questions was about the event structure.  You had to choose which answer was correct.  One of the answers was the the Latch Until Released switch would cause two value change events.  This was the correct answer.  On the actual exam, they changed it to Latch When Released.  This does not cause two value change events.  None of the other answers were correct.  I think they made a typo.  I guessed one of the other answers and got it wrong.
