Obvious questions

1) - you are running on an x64 operating system?

2) - you do have the FPGA toolkit (LabVIEW 32bit) installed?

can you help me to I can make this problem please ? Urgent :(( I don't understand and I must make thıs because this is  my school's project and thesis.
