Button border visible

HEy!!

In my application i need to design toolbar buttons just like any other software application in

which when you hover over the button, its border appear . 

How can i achieve this.

Just use the buttons in the System palette instead of the Modern palette. Or, are you looking for something more fancy, like these.

I guess in system  buttons  we have a blue border already .How can we just make the border appear and disappear.Just like in your browser toolbar buttons ,when u move the mouse over them their border appears.

The buttons in the System palette already do that. You probably selected the "System Button" which is the OK. This has a key navigation set for it, which prevents the border from being highlighted as you move over it. Either remove the key navigation from it, or use the "System Cancel" button, which is exactly the same button style, except it has no key navigation set for it.
