Built EXE asks for sub VI when run

Hi,

Several times when building an application for a very simple programs I get errors very stupid error when running the exe.  It keeps asking for a sub vi.  Not all my build do this?  What should I check that would be the source of this error?

Enclosed is error and sample project that demonstrates the issue.

It works fine for me.  The only thing I noticed is the project had trouble locating your VIs straight from the zip file.  Maybe a file was not where the project thought it should be?
