Building an executable: Getting an error message 'Not Enough memory to complete this operation'

I am trying to build executable file from my project, It is have around 1000 number of VI files. During build, In compile time i am getting error message 'Not Enough memory to complete this operation'. I am using LabVIEW version 2013Sp1.

I tried to Clear Compiled Object Cache option which is present in the Tools->Advanced. Still the same error is coming while building Exe.

Could someone help me to solve this problem please?

Have you checked if the destination folder has enough space ? 

1000VIs or more should not be an issue.

Sir, Destination folder has 40 GB free space memory.

Some times I am getting this error in processing time only, some times in compile time .

Where are you building to ? 
A network drive?

Sir, It is an automatic test equipment which is having PXI Chassis with NI modules. I am trying to create executable file in the same system.
