Hi;
Actually I want build an application using serial port in Labview in
communication. Can anybody suggest me something?

Start with the shipping examples. Go to Help>Find Examples and from the search tab, enter serial.

Don't forget to include the NI-VISA runtime engine in the installer. The COM ports don't work without it.
