Building LabVIEW exe from Clearcase VOB

Windows 2000, LabVIEW 6.1. Trying to build a LabVIEW executable from a Clearcase VOB. LabVIEW hangs at "copying files to application ...", with no error messages. Windows task manager: Labview not responding. Trying to discern what LabVIEW is doing at this point in the build process.

This used to work before Clearcase was hosted to a new machine. All the file paths are correct.

Hi Vic,

It looks like Clearcase VOB is some sort of source code control software. I'm thinking that the files (subVIs) you're using to build your EXE are probably on the network. I am not familiar with Clearcase VOB, but I'm wondering if this source control could be to blame. Have you tried making a copy of the files to your PC and then building the EXE. Does it hang then? Can you narrow down the behavior to determine what files are causing the hang?
