Build specifications

Hi,
I have a problem on project menu Build specifications. The sub menu are missing from right click window as attached picture. who can I fix it?

I recommend making sure you have LabVIEW Professional activated, or the LabVIEW Application Builder (if using LabVIEW Base or Full)
