Build exception error

After converting a LV7 application to a LV8 project and attempting a build, the following message appears:

Loading product deployment information
Adding files to installer

Copying setup files
Setting merged database information
Setting product information
Setting developer part information
Starting final build

Has anyone run into this before, and know how to get rid of it?

Hello Dave,

Do you have some invalid filename characters such as / \ : * ? " > < | in your executable filname, because this could cause this problem.

If your filname contains such characters please remove it and it should work!

No, there are no invalid filename characters in the executable filename. I ended up rebuilding another installer from scratch in order to get it to work, which suggests that the conversion process for non-LV8 applications is less than robust.
