(sorry for my bad english)
This problem occurred while I was coding.
My block diagram was in full screen mode.
when I displayed again the Front Panel, I have seen this "wide black line". (impossible to remove it.)
I have not succeeded to reproduce this behavior.

Wow! I have no idea how you did that, nor how to "undo" it. What did you do? That might give me, at least, a clue to what to try ...

I don't know, it is not I who had this problem. here
Maybe the R&D team could analyze the attached vi and see where is the problem. (?)
So I changed the minimum panel size and it turns out LabVIEW immediately crashes when you only show the black bar on your front panel. Maybe the crash will give a bit of information on what is happening.
Other things seem screwed up too, e.g. the horizontal scrollbar.
This is for NI to figure out. I would start over with a new VI and copy the code over.
Hello all,
Thanks for posting the issue, I created a corrective action request and hope to have this bug removed in next version.
Thanks again!

What is the CAR number?
Interestingly enough, the black part doesn't actually appear to be part of the front panel.
if you use the front panel get image scaled method from the vi refnum the image returned doesn't show the black section.
